Job summary

SAP is seeking a Contract Management Analyst to ensure contractual commitments are managed and fulfilled through Commit-to-Consume engagements. The role focuses on governance, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to maximize value realization.

The lead coordinates with CDMs, Cloud Architects, Finance, Commercial Operations, and customer stakeholders to translate terms into actionable metrics and governance activities that secure revenue commitments and drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SAP operations, SAP Basis, SAP Cloud operations, contract governance, commercial operations, or related functions.
• Experience in customer-facing or delivery governance environments.
• Experience supporting cloud consumption, subscription management, or contract compliance activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern contractual commitments and monitor contract consumption to ensure value realization.
• Provide analytical support and governance activities bridging commercial and technical functions.
• Collaborate with CDMs, Cloud Architects, Finance, Commercial Operations, and customer stakeholders to secure revenue commitments and improve satisfaction.

Job description

The SAP Contract Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring SAP's contractual commitments are successfully managed and fulfilled through Commit-to-Consume (C2C) engagements. The position focuses on operational governance, analytical support, contract consumption monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure customers meet contractual consumption commitments while maximizing value realization.

The role acts as a bridge between SAP's commercial and technical functions by translating contractual terms and commitments into actionable consumption metrics, insights, and governance activities. Through close collaboration with Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs), Cloud Architects, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Customer stakeholders, the Lead helps secure revenue commitments, improve customer satisfaction, and drive successful cloud adoption outcomes

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in SAP operations, SAP Basis, SAP Cloud operations, contract governance, commercial operations, or related functions.
• Experience working in customer-facing or delivery governance environments.
• Experience supporting cloud consumption, subscription management, or contract compliance activities is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with:
• SAP Basis Administration
• SAP HANA
• Understanding of:
• SAP system sizing and capacity planning
• SAP migrations and upgrades
• SAP landscape architecture and design
• Familiarity with hyperscaler platforms:
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Ability to translate technical landscape information into commercial and business-relevant insights.
