Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support contract facilitation process for contracts including routing for review, redlining, and negotiations with Legal and business stakeholders
• Negotiate and review a range of contract types including SOWs, MSAs, Standalone agreements, and license agreements
• Perform data extraction and reporting to support operational and M&A workflows
• Conduct first‑level contract review and document management
• Maintain and update contract data accurately in relevant tools and systems
• Support program analytics, dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in contract management
• Support execution of sourcing projects depending on category and project complexity
• Assist with preparation of competitive go-to-market events
• Maintain sourcing events and contract trackers
• Review product availability and/or pricing information
• Interact with Internal/External Stakeholders across multiple global locations

Minimum Requirements

• B.S./B.A. or equivalent degree; background in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience in contracting operations, procurement analytics, or a related function, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement and business contracts
• Data extraction background required
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools
• Experience with contract routing and procurement platforms such as Ariba, iCertis, SAP, or similar systems
• Internal stakeholder management, data/information management, project management, and performance measurement skills
• Effective communicator in explaining legal risks and their implications to both experts and laypersons
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
• Understanding of urgency and ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrates ability to ask the right questions and use sound business judgement
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in a fast‑moving environment
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CPIM)
• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms
