• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead SAP Contract Management activities.
• Monitor customer consumption against contractual commitments.
• Identify consumption risks, adoption gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive governance reporting, dashboards, and executive insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Delivery Managers, Cloud Architects, Finance, Commercial Operations, and technical teams.
• Support customer success, contract compliance, and revenue assurance initiatives.
