The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP/enterprise contract management experience, hands-on CLM implementation, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP CLM or the specific SAP contract management solution used in the project.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and enterprise workflows.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, and production support.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP ERP, procurement, and finance processes.
• Understanding of contract compliance, document management, and approval hierarchies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Manage contract creation, templates, clause libraries, approvals, negotiations, and execution workflows.
• Configure contract authoring, version control, notifications, renewals, and approval processes.
• Integrate contract management solutions with SAP ERP, procurement, finance, and related business applications.
• Work with legal, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to streamline contract processes.
• Support contract repositories, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Perform functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract visibility, compliance, and process automation.
