Job summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CLM Developer / Technical Lead in Bengaluru to design, develop, and configure end-to-end CLM solutions including sales contracts, entitlements, and templates. The role requires hands-on development, workflow automation, and strong integration capabilities with CSM, CPQ, and order management.

The candidate will work on migrations, deployments, SIT/UAT, and production support, with certification requirements including CSA and CIS-CSM, and exposure to Flow

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow CLM development and configuration.
• Experience with Sales Agreements, Service Contracts, Entitlements, and template workflows.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scoped app development.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow CSM and OMT/SOMT.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with CPQ concepts.
• Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CIS-CSM.

Responsibilities

• Implement authoring, approval, negotiation, renewal, amendment, and expiry workflows.

• Configure ServiceNow CSM, including case management, account models, product models, and agent portals.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and TMF APIs.
• Implement Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Now Assist automation.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CLM Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring end-to-end CLM solutions, including sales agreements, service contracts, entitlements, contract templates, and lifecycle workflows. Experience in ServiceNow CSM, integrations, platform automation, and Order Management is highly desirable.
