Overview

Exp: 7+ Yrs

Location: Bangalore / Remote, India

Skill: Strong experience in supporting Enterprise Agiloft CLM application, Hands on Agiloft expertise; Agiloft implementation; Application log analysis; Experience with data tools like Power BI, Tableau; Set up new contracts, templates, configurations, workflows for approvals, issue debugging / troubleshooting, configure for Docusign initiation

Security: Comfortable working in restricted, high-sensitivity environments.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a professional services delivery team to configure robust, scalable, and maintain the Agiloft system.
• Act as Implementer on Enterprise projects under the guidance of Solution Architects.
• Lead implementation efforts for commercial projects.
• Lead effective design sessions to capture and document customer requirements.
• Write detailed specifications and configure low complexity implementations.
• Handle internal customer interactions and initial escalation calls with a solutions-focused approach.
• Deliver clear documentation and effective training.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work with Product Development, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
• Capable of working independently, as well as with team members on different teams and in different locations.
• Perform reviews with other team members in a reviewer capacity.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced SW Engineers.
• Develop and support enhancements and new functionality to automate deployments in a microservices architecture environment.
• Work closely with other engineering team members to ensure code deployments are fully automated and transparent.
• Continually work towards making improvements in the release process and facilitate migration to a Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration approach.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting as needed to support production issues.
• Assist and in some cases be responsible for the design and architecture of projects and features.
• Be willing to support deployments outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Actively participate in all relevant agile ceremonies for each project iteration.
• Maintain clear communication skills and discretion/confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information.
• Maintain a high comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance.
• Provide regular status reports to the team.
