Job summary

Ascent Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contracts Analyst in Bengaluru (Bangalore Silk Board area) for full-time, office-based work. The candidate will review, draft, and manage a variety of contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

The role requires 3-5 years in contract management or legal operations, with strong CLM knowledge and excellent stakeholder communication. Proficiency in Excel/Word and contract tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract administration.
• LLB/BA LLB with relevant contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CLM and contract lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and analyze commercial contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and service agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and deviations from standard terms.
• Support contract negotiations by coordinating with legal, procurement, HR, finance, and business teams.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain contract repositories with proper documentation and version control.
• Track contract renewals, amendments, expirations, and obligations.
• Prepare contract summaries, risk analysis reports, and approval notes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract execution and closure.
• Assist in resolving contractual queries and support audit/compliance requirements.
