Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services India (ET&S India) seeks an SAP Cloud ALM Specialist to implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM across SAP landscapes with a focus on SAP BTP services and operations. You will monitor processes, integrations, and cloud services; troubleshoot incidents; and support testing and deployment activities to ensure reliability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Integration Suite experience, along with strong analytical and problem-solving

Qualifications

Hands-on SAP Cloud ALM implementation and support.
Experience with SAP BTP services and administration.
Knowledge of monitoring of business processes and integrations.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support SAP Cloud ALM across SAP landscapes.
Assist onboarding of SAP BTP subaccounts and cloud solutions into SAP Cloud ALM.
Configure alerts, dashboards, and reporting for SLA compliance.
Monitor SAP BTP environments (Cloud Foundry, HANA Cloud, Integration Suite).
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with BASIS, Development, and Functional teams.

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Cloud ALM Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Cloud ALM capabilities across SAP landscapes, with a strong focus on SAP BTP services and operations. The role involves monitoring business processes, integrations, applications, and cloud services; troubleshooting incidents; supporting testing and deployment activities; and ensuring system reliability and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and SAP cloud solutions, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and support SAP Cloud ALM for Application Lifecycle Management and Service Operations across SAP Cloud Landscapes.
Assist in the implementation and onboarding of SAP BTP subaccounts, and SAP cloud solutions into SAP Cloud ALM.
Configure and monitor Business Process Monitoring, Health Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, Job Monitoring, and Exception Monitoring for SAP BTP
Support SAP BTP environments including Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite from an operations and monitoring perspective.
Monitor SAP BTP applications, APIs, integrations, and services, proactively identifying issues and supporting resolution activities.
Configure alerts, notifications, dashboards, and reporting within SAP Cloud ALM to ensure operational transparency and SLA compliance.
Assist in the setup and execution of Test Management, Requirements Management, and Project Management processes within SAP Cloud ALM.
Support integration monitoring for SAP Integration Suite, including iFlows, API Management, Event Mesh, and message processing activities.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues related to SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP services, integrations, and cloud applications.
Collaborate with SAP Basis, Development, Functional, and BTP teams to ensure system stability, performance, and operational readiness.
Participate in SAP Cloud ALM implementation projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain system documentation, monitoring procedures, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
Assist in transport tracking, deployment validation, change management, and release management activities using SAP Cloud ALM capabilities.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and operational governance requirements.
Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training for SAP Cloud ALM functionalities and monitoring tools.
