Mawai Infotech Limited in India is seeking an SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to manage and support SAP Cloud ALM across implementation, transformation, and support projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM tooling—Implementation, Operations, Monitoring, Project Management, and Analytics—and the ability to configure solutions, monitor progress, and collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams to deliver effective ALM outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP Cloud ALM / SAP ALM / SAP Solution Manager or related SAP lifecycle management technologies.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SAP Cloud ALM.
• Good knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM Implementation capabilities.

• Experience with Business Process Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain SAP Cloud ALM environments based on project and operational requirements.
• Support SAP implementation and transformation projects using SAP Cloud ALM.
• Configure and manage SAP Cloud ALM Implementation capabilities, including project setup, tasks, requirements, user stories, milestones, and project tracking.
• Support project teams in managing implementation activities, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and overall project progress.
• Configure and monitor SAP Cloud ALM Operations functionalities for SAP landscapes.
• Work with SAP teams to establish effective application monitoring, health monitoring, integration monitoring, and exception monitoring.
• Configure and manage Business Process Monitoring and help identify business-process-related issues.
• Support Integration & Exception Monitoring to identify failures, errors, and integration-related issues across connected SAP systems.
• Configure appropriate monitoring scenarios, alerts, thresholds, and notifications.
• Analyze monitoring results and coordinate with relevant technical and functional teams for issue resolution.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics within SAP Cloud ALM.
• Assist project managers and stakeholders with real-time visibility into project status, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with relevant SAP systems and services as required.
• Support connectivity and configuration between SAP Cloud ALM and SAP landscapes using appropriate SAP connectivity mechanisms.
• Work closely with SAP Basis, Functional, ABAP, Integration, Security, and Project Management teams.
• Troubleshoot Cloud ALM configuration, connectivity, monitoring, and integration-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation, configuration documents, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP Cloud ALM solutions.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients on SAP Cloud ALM functionalities.
• Support continuous improvement of ALM processes, project governance, monitoring, and reporting.
• Stay updated with new SAP Cloud ALM releases, features, best practices, and SAP roadmap changes

Role Overview

The SAP Cloud ALM Consultant will be responsible for managing and supporting SAP Cloud ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) capabilities across SAP implementation, transformation, and support projects.

• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for assigned Cloud ALM activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP Cloud ALM or closely related SAP ALM technologies.
• SAP Cloud ALM certification/training will be an advantage.
• Experience working on SAP implementation, support, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
