Job summary

Lavu Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM specialist to provide operational support for the Cloud ALM service in European time zones. You will monitor business processes, health metrics, and alerts, and resolve incidents related to monitoring configurations, integrations, and dashboards.

Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years of SAP Cloud ALM/Solution Manager experience, strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge, and proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow. English communication must be fluent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager, focusing on operations and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM for Operations: monitoring, alerting and analytics.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and hybrid landscapes.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and ITSM ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the SAP Cloud ALM service.
• Work in European timezone.
• Monitor business process activities and health monitoring via Cloud ALM.
• Resolve incidents related to monitoring/configuration, alerts, dashboards and analytics.
• Maintain Cloud ALM configuration and monitoring scenarios.
• Coordinate with functional/technical teams on monitoring topics.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive problem management for recurring incidents.
• Implement minor enhancements following change management procedures.
• Ensure SLA compliance and service stability.
• Support business users with functional guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager, with a focus on operations and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM for Operations: business process monitoring, integration & exception monitoring, health monitoring, alerting and analytics.
• Experience operating and monitoring SAP S/4HANA Cloud and hybrid landscapes.
• Working knowledge of Cloud ALM for Implementation (task, process and test management) to support ongoing changes.
• Understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Experience in an AMS / application support / operations environment.
• Familiar with ITIL processes (incident, problem and change management).
• Experience with ITSM / ticketing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager ITSM, ServiceNow, Jira).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills in English (able to communicate fluently with EU business users and teams).
