Job summary

ITC Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking an SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) specialist to guide clients through implementation and post-go-live support. You will translate business requirements into end-to-end C4C solutions and coordinate with architecture, development, and testing teams.

The role requires hands-on C4C experience, knowledge of reporting and territory management, and a proactive approach to keep environments stable while adopting SAP CX updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reporting Management and Territory Management.
• Data Replication Management and C4C customizing/layout adaptations.
• Knowledge of Transport Management and Organization Structure Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for SAP Cloud for Customer; guide clients through implementation and post-implementation.

• Operate the Cloud for Customer solution and maintain a stable environment.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Development, Testing, and Documentation teams.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot SAP C4C implementations.
• Stay updated with SAP C4C updates and identify enhancement opportunities.

Job description

Programming Languages and its version - C4C functional experience. Any technical skills like SDK or BTP would be a plus (but not mandatory)

Day to day tasks

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
• Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solution
• Performing the necessary tasks to keep a stable environment
• To work with the solution Architecture team for Development, Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4C as needed by our Business Process.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.
• Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
