Job summary

BHS Corrugated India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking an SAP C4C Sales & Service Cloud Expert to join the global in-house SAP IT team.

You will implement, optimize and support SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise apps across global business units.

You will work with business departments worldwide, configure and customize SAP C4C, integrate with SAP S/4HANA and third-party apps, and support testing and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Sales Cloud / SAP C4C.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
• Experience integrating SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions.
• Good understanding of CRM, Sales, Service, and After Sales business processes.
• Ability to work in an international environment with excellent English communication.

Role & responsibilities

SAP C4C Sales & Service Cloud Expert

You will become part of our global in-house SAP IT team and support the continuous development of our customer-facing business processes. As an SAP C4C Expert, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions. You will work closely with business departments worldwide to deliver innovative CRM and service management solutions while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.

Taks:

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud
• Configure and customize SAP C4C applications according to business needs
• Implement and optimize end-to-end sales and service processes
• Support global users and key users in Sales, Customer Service, and After Sales
• Design and implement enhancements, workflows, business rules, and validations
• Configure master data, organizational structures, business roles, and authorizations
• Develop and optimize forms, reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Design and implement integrations between SAP C4C, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSM, and third-party applications
• Analyze and resolve application issues and perform root cause analysis
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and productive deployments
• Create technical and functional documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and digitalization opportunities
• Support global rollout projects and continuous optimization initiatives
• Ensure system stability, performance, and high user satisfaction

Profile:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Sales Cloud / SAP C4C
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP C4C solutions, SAP SD & CS
• Good understanding of CRM, Sales, Service, and After Sales business processes
• Experience integrating SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions

Strong knowledge of:

Business Roles and Work Centers / Organizational Management / Master Data / Workflow configuration / Business Rules

• Experience with OData services, Web Services, REST APIs, and middleware integrations
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite is highly desirable
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is an advantage
• Experience with SAP Cloud Applications Studio (ABSL, BODL) for custom developments is highly desirable
• Experience with custom BOs (Business Objects), UI adaptations, mashups, and extension scenarios
• Strong troubleshooting and application support skills
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in an international environment
