Job summary

Aioteq Global Technologies in Bangalore (Hybrid) is seeking a C4C Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience to drive SAP Cloud for Customer implementations and provide post‑go‑live support.

You will translate business requirements into end‑to‑end C4C solutions, work with Architecture and Testing teams, configure dashboards and data replication, and ensure a stable, scalable CRM environment. Strong collaboration with Jira and agile processes is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) in Sales functionalities.
• Experience with Reporting and Territory Management in C4C.
• Knowledge of Dashboard Management and Data Replication in C4C.
• Experience with Customizing and Layouts Adaptations in C4C.
• Familiarity with Transport Management and Organization Structure in SAP C4C.
• Experience with SAP Incident Management in C4C.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, guiding clients through implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end C4C solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Own the operation of the SAP C4C cloud solution and maintain a stable environment.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture for development, testing, and documentation of new C4C solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP C4C implementations.
• Stay updated with SAP C4C updates and identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.

Total experience- 4+ years

Location- Bangalore (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full time

Mandatory tech stack- Programming Languages and its version - C4C functional experience. Any technical skills like SDK or BTP would be a plus (but not mandatory)

Platform - SAP Cloud for customer

Tools and its version - Jira and Other tools relevant for a Agile working environment

Day to day tasks

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
• Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solution
• Performing the necessary tasks to keep astable environment
• To work with the solution Architecture team for Development, Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4C as needed by our Business Process.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.
• Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
