Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA AMS Delivery Leader to drive large-scale engagements, ensure service excellence, and own end-to-end delivery across support and enhancements.

You will lead 100+ FTE teams, oversee governance, and collaborate with clients to deliver measurable business outcomes while applying ITIL and Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Total experience of 14–16 years required.
• AMS Leadership and Service Delivery Management experience.
• Business process knowledge across OTC, STP, RTR and Finance Procurement.
• SAP ecosystem knowledge including Ariba, Concur, OpenText VIM, MDG, SolMan.
• Service management governance with ITIL, SLA/KPI, and client engagement.
• Leadership in large teams (100+ FTEs); Agile/Scrum; JIRA; MS Project; Pre-sales.
