Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks an experienced SAP ABAP HR Specialist to join our Pune office. The role focuses on ABAP development for HR modules, reporting with LDBs in HCM, and enhancements across PA/OM and PY.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HR solutions, including workflow design and Web Dynpro where applicable. Strong ABAP skills and payroll experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing Reports using LDBs in HCM.
• Payroll experience reading payroll/Time results from cluster tables.
• Basic understanding of PA, OM, PY.
• Knowledge of Enhancements, Functions, Operations, Features in HCM.
• Creation and enhancement of Infotypes PA/OM.
• Knowledge of Web Dynpro, Workflow design and programming.
• HCM processes and forms desirable, but not mandatory.
• Strong ABAP skills: Data Dictionary, Dialog programming, ALV reporting, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADI, User Exits, Open SQL, Performance tuning.
• OOABAP knowledge.
• IDoc awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP ABAP HR solutions and reports for HR modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions.
• Design enhancements, functions, and operations in HCM.
• Create and modify Infotypes in PA and OM.
• Utilize Web Dynpro and workflow concepts where needed.
• Optimize ABAP performance and write efficient Open SQL.
