Sugow Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking SAP ABAP Developers with foundational knowledge of SAP FICO (FI and AP) to join a growing SAP and OpenText practice.

Selected candidates will be trained in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP, and mentored by senior consultants on ABAP development, invoice processing, and SAP integration with ECC/S4HANA.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO concepts, especially FI and AP.
• Interest in ABAP, SAP Finance processes, and OpenText VIM.
• Willingness to learn OpenText VIM configuration and integration.
• Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain SAP ABAP programs under guidance.
• Work on ABAP reports, ALV reports, function modules, data dictionary objects, and enhancements.
• Assist in BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancement implementations.
• Understand SAP FI processes like vendor master data, AP, invoicing, and payments.
• Support invoice-processing scenarios for PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Learn OpenText VIM configuration, enhancements, workflows, and SAP integration.
• Assist in troubleshooting ABAP programs and invoice-processing issues.
• Collaborate with SAP FICO consultants to translate business requirements into solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic SAP ABAP Developers with basic knowledge of SAP FICO, particularly Financial Accounting (FI) and Accounts Payable (AP), to join our growing SAP and OpenText practice.

The selected candidates will be trained and mentored in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP Solutions, an enterprise invoice automation solution integrated with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

We welcome both SAP ABAP-trained freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in developing expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP Finance processes, invoice automation, and OpenText VIM.

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop, test, debug, and maintain SAP ABAP programs under the guidance of senior consultants.
2. Work on ABAP reports, ALV reports, function modules, data dictionary objects, and enhancements.
3. Assist in developing and modifying BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancement implementations.
4. Understand SAP FI processes, particularly vendor master data, accounts payable, invoice posting, and payment processing.
5. Support SAP invoice-processing scenarios involving purchase order (PO) and non-purchase order (Non-PO) invoices.
6. Learn OpenText VIM configuration, technical enhancements, invoice workflows, exception handling, and integration with SAP.
7. Assist in troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs and invoice-processing issues.
8. Work with SAP FICO functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming.
• Knowledge of ABAP Data Dictionary, internal tables, structures, and modularization.
• Familiarity with ABAP reports and debugging techniques.
• Basic understanding of SAP FICO, especially Financial Accounting and Accounts Payable.
• Understanding of vendor invoices, invoice posting, and basic accounting concepts.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to BAPI, BADI, user exits, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, or SAP Workflow.
• Understanding of SAP MM integration with FI.
• Familiarity with procurement-to-pay (P2P) business processes.
• Exposure to OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
