Job summary

Vrinda International seeks an experienced OpenText VIM & IC4S (OCR) Functional Analyst to lead configuration and optimization of our invoice management ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between OpenText VIM and IC4S within SAP S/4HANA.

You will validate OCR processes, manage end-to-end workflow configurations, lead UAT efforts and provide production support, leveraging SAP Fiori interfaces to improve user experience and data accuracy in Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT services experience in SAP/OpenText environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Accounts Payable (AP).
• Hands-on configuration and customization of OpenText VIM workflows.
• Experience with IC4S OCR technologies and data extraction validation.
• Experience with UAT and production support for enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori interfaces in business processes.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced OpenText VIM & IC4S (OCR) Functional Analyst to lead the configuration and optimization of our invoice management ecosystem. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring seamless integration between OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4S) solutions. The successful candidate will drive the validation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processes, manage end-to-end workflow configurations, and provide critical support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production environments. This position is essential for maintaining high accuracy in our Accounts Payable operations and leveraging SAP Fiori interfaces for enhanced user experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in IT Services, specifically within SAP and OpenText environments.
  
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and deep knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  
• Strong background in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) workflow configuration and customization.
  
• Hands-on experience with IC4S (OCR) technologies, including invoice capture and data extraction validation.
  
• Proficiency in managing UAT phases and providing ongoing production support for enterprise applications.
  
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori interfaces and their application in business process management.
  
• Ability to operate within a salary range of ₹15-18 LPA.
