Job summary

MG Makeovers invites applications for a Salon Receptionist & Client Servicing Executive at its Gurgaon studios. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients, manage the appointment book across both locations, and ensure every visit runs smoothly from greeting to goodbye.

You will handle bookings and inquiries via calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins, coordinate with the beauty team to keep appointments on schedule, and explain our services while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a professional, client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience in salons, clinics or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced studio and with a 6-day week.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at the studio to ensure a seamless visit.
• Manage bookings, enquiries and client follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with the beauty team so appointments run on time.
• Explain services (nail extensions, lash extensions, microblading, PMU) and suggest fits.
• Keep client records up to date for reminders and follow-ups.
• Handle day-to-day admin behind the front desk and keep reception tidy.
