Job summary

MG Makeovers is looking for a front desk receptionist in Gurgaon. You will greet clients, manage the appointment book, answer enquiries, and ensure every visit runs smoothly from greeting to goodbye.

You will handle bookings across calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins, coordinate with the beauty team to keep times, and explain services like nail extensions and lash extensions. Growth opportunities and staff discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong English and Hindi communication.
• Ages 18–30 and a presentable, client-first approach.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced studio on a 6-day week.
• Experience in salons/clinics or hospitality is a plus.

Requirements

• Graduate, aged 18–30
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• A presentable, client-first approach
• Experience in salons, clinics or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced studio and with a 6-day week
