Job summary

MG Makeovers in Gurgaon seeks a driven Digital Marketing Lead to plan campaigns across social media, email, and paid search for our studio network. You will brief content teams, optimize Google Ads, and report on bookings generated by marketing efforts.

A Bachelor's degree in marketing and proven beauty or lifestyle digital marketing experience is preferred; strong analytics and campaign tools skills are essential. Growth and incentives are offered.

Own how MG Makeovers shows up online, social, search and paid, for a studio with two locations, an academy and a shop. You will plan campaigns, brief the content team, run the ads and report on what actually brought bookings.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Design and run digital marketing plans with the team
• Strategy: Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email and paid advertising
• Strategy: Watch the market and competitors for opportunities worth taking
• Content: Develop content for social media, the blog and video
• Content: Brief and coordinate the creative team so the work looks the part
• Content: Manage the content calendar and posting schedule
• Social media: Grow our Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest presence
• Social media: Reply to comments and messages and build the community
• Social media: Run social ad campaigns that bring in enquiries
• Search: Improve website content so it ranks for the services we offer in Gurgaon
• Search: Run Google Ads campaigns for leads and bookings
• Search: Track performance and adjust based on what the numbers show
• Reporting: Use Google Analytics and platform insights to track results
• Reporting: Report clearly on what worked, what didn't and what to do next

Requirements
