Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an experienced QA specialist to develop and maintain QA test cases and testing strategy. You will collaborate with developers, stakeholders, project and product management, and other QA team members to ensure business requirements are met.

Responsibilities include creating and executing manual test cases, performing rigorous QA checks on each change, and supporting regression testing during releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in test case design at different levels (component, integration).
• Good knowledge of QA processes, methodologies and test design techniques with hands on experience with Jira and confluence.
• Strong attention to detail is critical for this position, and you should be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge on Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with a team.
• Critical and analytical mindset when it comes to solutions design and implementation.
• Interested in understanding the strategic goal and wanting to make a significant contribution to the business objectives.

• Highly preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce lightning configurations, features and architecture.
• Experience in Development and maintenance of QA test cases and has exposure to testing strategy for Salesforce.
• Any certification in Salesforce.
• QA related certifications e.g. ISTQB
• Experience in accessibility (A11Y) testing
