Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Manual QA Engineer Engineer with at least two years of software testing experience, including a minimum of one year of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and business processes to ensure that solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
• Perform data migration and data validation testing, including verification of record counts, field values, duplicates, and data relationships
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear descriptions, reproduction steps, evidence, severity, and priority
• Maintain test documentation and provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, blockers, and product quality
• Contribute to improving QA processes, reusable test assets, regression suites, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications. Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Clod, Experience Cloud,CPQ.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts and the Salesforce data model. Salesforce administration knowledge is required.
• Experience preparing and executing test cases based on requirements and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Basic knowledge of SOQL and the ability to validate Salesforce data using queries or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, or similar data-management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
