Job summary

Bytespoke Technology Private Limited is seeking a Salesforce Tester to plan, execute, and manage testing across Salesforce applications, configurations, custom development, integrations, data, security, and releases.

The role emphasizes comprehensive test coverage—functional, regression, integration, system, E2E, performance, security, and UAT—plus automation using Selenium, Provar, Cypress, or Playwright to ensure quality and timely releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing/QA experience.
• 3+ years testing Salesforce applications.
• Strong Salesforce functional and integration testing experience.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
• Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce CLI.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, or equivalent test management tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, user stories, designs, and acceptance criteria to define test scope.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, E2E, performance, security, and UAT testing.
• Test Salesforce objects, Flows, approvals, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
• Test Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Platform Events, and asynchronous processes.
• Perform API and integration testing for REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Composite API, and CDC.
• Validate data migration, reconciliation, data quality, and data synchronization.
• Test Salesforce security including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and FLS.
• Develop and maintain automation using Selenium, Provar, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent tools.
• Manage defects, retesting, regression coverage, release validation, and production smoke testing.
