Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to validate the quality and reliability of Salesforce CRM solutions. You will design, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure business requirements are met and collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing, validating configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and customizations.

• Identify, track, and report defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and testing activities.
• Perform API testing and integration testing between Salesforce and external systems.
• Support test automation initiatives using Selenium, Provar, Tosca, or similar tools.
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance within Salesforce environments.
