Overview

Job Title: Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Exp Range: 4-5 Years

Location: Bangalore Whitefield

Responsible for taking ownership and driving functional and technical changes in Salesforce. The role requires both technical expertise and a deep understanding of business processes. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, design, and configure the system ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to Salesforce implementation.
• System Design and Configuration: Design and configure Salesforce solutions based on identified business requirements, leveraging declarative tools and customization. Configure Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Public Groups, etc. Create new Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Page layouts, Lookup relationships, etc. Configure approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Custom Development: Lead custom development efforts (building complex workflows, Lightning app building, customizing Experience Cloud, configuring/creating notifications), ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Data Management: Understand data flow, structure, and mapping. Ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce within the organization.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Salesforce in various business processes.
• Stay Informed: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder will be preferred.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant in a similar role. Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot (Marketing Cloud), and Experience Cloud.
• Experience in Visual Basic coding.
• Experience with Lightning components and the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Certification of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud will be an advantage.
