IDRMS Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant with 5+ years to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will translate business requirements into scalable, robust configurations.

You will configure Salesforce Clouds, design workflows, integrate REST/SOAP, migrate data, and support deployments. Collaboration with stakeholders and agile teams is essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting/implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience.
• Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (preferred).
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Familiarity with data tools (Data Loader, reports, dashboards).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
