We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Salesforce Technical Lead with 7–10+ years of Salesforce experience to lead the design, development, integration, data migration, deployment, and technical delivery of Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Integrations, Data Migration, Deployment, Security & Access Management, Email Configuration, Reports & Dashboards, and Salesforce development best practices.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, leading a team of Salesforce developers, reviewing code, troubleshooting complex technical issues, coordinating deployments, and interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Hands‑on technical expertise is mandatory. This is not a purely managerial role.
