Job summary

Deloitte Consulting in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Consultant to deliver high-quality Salesforce-based solutions within timelines. You will mentor juniors, liaise with onsite/offshore teams, and translate business needs into technical designs.

The role involves designing, building, and delivering medium to high complexity stories, conducting PoCs, reviews, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 3–9 years of hands-on consulting/industry experience.
• Understand requirements and translate into technical Salesforce solutions.
• 2 years of Salesforce.com experience.
• Designs using standard patterns and communicate designs effectively to the team.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify gaps in functional/business requirements and communicate them to Business/Analysts.
• Ability to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, build, and deliver medium/high complexity stories. Use standard estimation methods for user stories
• Own medium-complex modules; perform PoCs, grooming, present design options to TLs. Drive technical grooming; participate in solutioning and PoCs with option analysis
• Engage juniors to follow best practices; perform code reviews and fixes with minimal oversight. Coordinate with onshore/client teams; ensure juniors understand requirements; build client rapport
• Define release management strategy, pipeline management, repository integration with DevOps. Drive meeting agendas; support weekly status reports. Elevate industry knowledge; leverage Delivery Excellence/automation/Smartstarts
• Configure and extend Agentforce/GenAI components; perform PoCs for GenAI-powered features. Mentor Analysts on technical tasks; support technical solutioning and PoCs

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3 - 9 years of hands-on experience of consulting/ industry experience
• Understand functional requirements and be able to develop technical solutions in

• 2 years of Salesforce.com experience

• Should have very good technical and problem-solving skills
• Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts
• Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in

• Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed

• Experience in Salesforce.com Development environments (VS Code)

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
