Dexian India Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce expertise. You will own enterprise solutions using OmniStudio, CLM, DataRaptors and Apex, with strong focus on integration, deployment, CI/CD and DevOps.

You will design, implement and mentor, collaborating with Analysts, Architects and DevOps to deliver scalable Salesforce programs across Sales, Experience Cloud and data migrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands‑on leadership in Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and FlexCards.
• Strong CLM experience covering contract lifecycle processes and automation.
• Proficient in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex and Queueable Apex.
• Extensive knowledge of LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs and data migration.
• Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Administration and CI/CD practices.
• Familiar with DevOps tools, code reviews and technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical design and hands‑on delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Mentor developers, perform code reviews and ensure quality and performance.
• Oversee deployments, integrations and data migrations in complex environments.
• Collaborate with BAs, Architects, QA, DevOps and client teams to deliver solutions.
• Proactively document architecture, designs and best practices for future maintenance.

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in OmniStudio, Salesforce CLM, DataRaptors, Apex, LWC, integrations, deployment, CI/CD, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• The candidate must have strong hands‑on experience designing and developing enterprise solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Strong experience in Salesforce CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) is mandatory. The candidate should understand contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, authoring, approvals, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, termination, document generation, and integrations.
• The candidate should also have strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, Data Migration, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Administration, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical implementation, solution design, hands‑on coding, code reviews, deployment, technical documentation, mentoring developers, and working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps teams, Project Managers, and clients.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, problem‑solving, architecture, and documentation skills are mandatory..
