We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, technical leadership experience, and the ability to mentor development teams while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development projects and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design technical solutions.
• Review technical designs, code quality, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Lead system integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Mentor and coach Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support CI/CD processes and release management activities.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce development.
