CriticalRiver Inc. is hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead in India. The role requires 8+ years in IT with 6+ years hands-on Salesforce and 3+ years in a Technical Lead capacity, owning designs and leading developers.

You will oversee technical design, data models, security, integrations and automation for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service and CPQ, while guiding the team in best practices, governance and CI/CD deployments.

• Hands-on Salesforce development and governance including security, governor limits, and code reviews

Responsabilités

• Own technical design covering data model, security, sharing, automation and integration architecture
• Lead developers and administrators, allocate stories and mentor juniors
• Build and review Apex, Triggers, asynchronous jobs, LWC and Flows
• Define CI/CD deployments, sandbox strategy, and release planning
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using Named Credentials and platform events

Job Description for Salesforce Technical Lead:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years hands-on Salesforce
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead capacity, owning technical design and leading developers
• Hands-on delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service and CPQ
• Proficient in AI-assisted development using Claude, Agentforce Vibes and MCP servers
• Working knowledge of Data 360.
• Technical design ownership – own solution design covering data model, security and sharing model, automation strategy and integration architecture, and document it for the team.
• Hands-on Salesforce development – build and review Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous jobs, Lightning Web Components and Flows to platform best practices and governor limits.
• Administration and configuration – own org configuration, profiles and permission sets, sharing model, reports and dashboards.
• Agentforce agent development – build agents using topics, actions, prompt templates and Agent Script, ground them with Data 360, and validate in Agentforce Testing Center.
• AI-assisted development with Claude – use Claude and Agentforce Vibes to accelerate build, test generation and code review, connect tooling via MCP servers, and set team standards for safe use.
• Integrations – design and implement REST and SOAP integrations using Named Credentials, platform events and middleware, with error handling and retry.
• Code review and technical governance – enforce coding standards, bulkification, governor-limit-safe patterns and security (CRUD, FLS, sharing), including review of AI-generated code.
• Team leadership and mentoring – lead a team of developers and administrators, allocate stories, unblock the team and mentor juniors.
• Release, quality and support – own sandbox strategy, CI/CD deployments, test coverage and release planning, and resolve production incidents.
