Comtec is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our offshore team in Hyderabad. The role requires 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on leadership in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, and deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration patterns.

You will own technical delivery, mentor developers, review code, and collaborate with onshore Architects, ensuring scalable, secure Salesforce solutions and smooth DevOps/CI-CD processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including strong experience in technical leadership and hands-on development. The candidate will be a key member of the offshore Salesforce team, working closely with Architects, onshore teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to the offshore Salesforce development team.
Design and develop solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Translate requirements and architecture into detailed technical designs and implementations.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
Own technical delivery including development, testing, deployments, and production support.
Collaborate with onshore Architects and Technical Leads on design, technical issues, and delivery.
Support DevOps/CI-CD, release management, performance, security, and troubleshooting.
Mentor developers and contribute to technical standards and reusable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, technical planning, and offshore-onshore coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

8+ years Salesforce experience with prior Technical Lead/Senior Developer experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
Good understanding of Security Model, Sharing, Data Architecture, and Integration Patterns.
Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II preferred.
Utilities industry experience is a strong plus.
Salesforce Field Service (FSL) experience preferred.
Knowledge of utility processes such as Customer Service, Outage Management, Billing, and Field Operations is a plus.
