Sonata Software in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer III / Senior Salesforce Technical Engineer to lead Agentforce, CPQ, and Experience Cloud initiatives. The role requires 6+ years of Salesforce development experience and hands-on expertise in CPQ, Agentforce, Apex, LWC, and integrations.

You will drive design, deployments, and DevOps practices, guide teams, and ensure robust, scalable solutions across Quote-to-Cash processes within enterprise Salesforce architecture.

Formación

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience with integrations, Salesforce DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and enterprise Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Agentforce AI solutions, agent workflows, prompts, and automation to improve business productivity.
• Lead development of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, renewals, and contract lifecycle management.
• Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and tools such as Copado.
• Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
