Job summary

Serendipity Corporate Services is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect/Lead to guide a team of developers across Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, and Mumbai. You will architect scalable Salesforce solutions, drive complex enhancements, and ensure security and performance while aligning with business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce development, PD2/Agentforce certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse

• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies.
• Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
