Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights in Bengaluru is seeking a driven business analyst to tackle complex analytical problems in the Pharma domain.

You will translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs for LS Cloud / Health Cloud configuration and custom development, mentor a pod of 3–5 Salesforce developers, and drive sprint-level delivery with CI/CD using Copado, Gearset or SFDX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering and MCA/ MBA in IT or Computer science
• 0–5 years of experience in IT services/consulting/analytics
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development
• Ability to lead a small team and mentor developers
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs for LS Cloud / Health Cloud configuration and custom development
• Lead and mentor a pod of 3–5 Salesforce developers; review code and declarative configuration
• Own sprint-level build delivery: task breakdown, estimation, daily oversight, demo readiness
• Configure LS Cloud / Health Cloud objects, record types, page layouts, security, and sharing
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Platform Events
• Implement LS Cloud features: HCP engagement, call planning, approved email, MedComms workflows, Agentforce agent build
• Coordinate with integration, data, and test workstreams on dependencies
• Ensure build adheres to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and validation requirements
• Drive CI/CD using Copado, Gearset, or SFDX with a Git-based source of truth
