About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the
design, development, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate
will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, hands‑on experience in
custom development, and a proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate
effectively with end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and automation between Salesforce and external systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization within the Salesforce environment.
• Conduct code reviews, technical validations, and release management activities.
• Work closely with the QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing cycles.
• Communicate regularly with end customers to provide technical updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and releases to continuously enhance solution delivery.

Required Skills Competencies:

• 8 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, and Integration Frameworks.
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred).
• Good understanding of enterprise integrations with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP) and other third‑party platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with both technical teams and business users.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
