Job summary

Cloud Peritus is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead in Hyderabad to drive architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will mentor the team, govern best practices, and ensure alignment with business goals across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Apex/Visualforce/Lightning development, experience with REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, and strong coaching and Agile experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with architecture and customization.
• Proven track record leading Salesforce implementations including Sales/Service Cloud.
• Extensive Apex/Visualforce/Lightning component development experience.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, Bulk API.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of data migration planning within Salesforce.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Preference for Agile development experience.
• Desirable Salesforce Architect certification.

Job Responsibilities

• :Lead the design, estimations, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements

.Required Qualificatio

• n:8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customizatio
• n.Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce product
• s.Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tool
• s.Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API etc. with different business system
• s.Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies such as Salesforce DX, Gi
• t.Knowledge in planning and executing seamless data migration processes within Salesforce, encompassing data mapping, transformation, and loading utilizing robust methodologies and tool
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business need
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder
