Qualifications

• Expertise in Salesforce ecosystems including Sales/Service/Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Experience with data modeling, Customer 360, identity resolution, and AI‑driven automation.
• Strong API and data integration capabilities, ETL/CDC, and data architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Salesforce solution architecture and delivery.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and engineers.

The role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, hands‑on implementation, stakeholder management, and team mentoring to deliver scalable CRM, customer data, and AI‑powered solutions.
