Job summary

enGen Global is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in Chennai. The role involves hands-on work with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and security architecture, plus guiding AI-enabled initiatives using Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and related tools.

The candidate should have 10+ years of Salesforce experience and 3+ years in senior architecture roles, with a proven record of enterprise implementations and complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Lead Architect role.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, integration patterns, security, and data architecture.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
• Experience building POCs and solving complex business and technical challenges.
• Experience with Salesforce AI offerings such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and AI-powered solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Build and demonstrate POCs and prototypes, including AI-driven use cases, to validate approaches.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, data modeling, and security architecture.
• Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Mentor development teams and drive technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define innovative and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, custom development, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to actively participate in POCs, complex solution design, and implementation. Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
