Job summary

TrooInbound Private Limited seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, guiding multi-cloud engagements. The role requires strong Apex and LWC knowledge to review and guide development, and advisory on Salesforce AI capabilities.

The candidate should possess certifications at the architect level and deep experience in data model, security, and integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Architect-track) are required.
• Must have deep knowledge of Apex and LWC plus data model, security, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, and other clouds as needed.
• Lead architecture and solution design workshops; prepare technical design documents and define best-practice architecture.
• Advise on and design AI-driven capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud) into the overall solution.
• Own data architecture, integration strategy, security model, and governance across the platform.
• Review and guide Apex/LWC development work; ensure code quality and architectural alignment.
• Manage third-party integrations and multi-cloud data flow.
• Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and platform health checks for existing implementations.
• Mentor Consultants/Developers on architecture best practices.
• Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and AI capabilities.
