• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (design deployment hypercare) and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide architecture governance and reviews.
• Define role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, and security models; ensure compliance with security standards.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, and enterprise solution design, with the ability to drive large-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Design scalable solutions using Lightning, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

Integration & Data Strategy

• Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware platforms
• Define data models, governance, and data migration strategies
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP, third-party systems, and cloud platforms

Delivery & Implementation

• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (design deployment hypercare)
• Provide technical leadership to development teams
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide architecture governance and design reviews

Security & Governance

• Define role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, and security models
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 1015+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture

Strong expertise in:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
• Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, and performance tuning
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
• Platform Developer II

Good to Have

• Experience with Einstein AI / Salesforce AI capabilities
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
