Qualifications

• 9–12 years of IT experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce / Einstein AI / Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Data modeling and security model implementation
• Experience designing scalable and high-performance solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits and best practices
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex Salesforce projects
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery for enterprise-scale projects
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Service Cloud and Agentforce
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
• Drive implementation of AI-driven automation and agent-based workflows (Agentforce)
• Optimize Service Cloud features such as case management, knowledge base, omnichannel routing, and automation
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce quality standards
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
• Stay updated with new Salesforce releases, especially in AI and automation capabilities
