Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Design and implement Service Cloud solutions per business requirements.
• Configure Service Cloud features like Cases, Queues, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel.
• Develop with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows; build integrations with third-party systems.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions; work in Agile settings.
