Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future methods.
• Develop user interfaces and custom functionality using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Cases, Case Management, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and Service Console.
• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Implement business automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Role Overview
