Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Tech Lead to spearhead data migration, integration, and cloud customization across industries. You will design, develop, test, and deploy programmatic solutions, and work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce implementations.

The role requires extensive hands-on in LWC, Apex, SOQL, Reports, and Dashboards, with expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, Lightning

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and data quality controls.
• Ability to architect and implement high-volume data solutions.

Tech Lead - CMD / Data Migration & Sales Cloud and SFDC platform Lead(Around 8 to 11 years)

1. Experience on Data Loading tools

2. Handling of Large Data Volume records

3. Hands‑on LWC experience

4. Hands‑on Apex experience

6. Advance SOQL / Reports and Dashboards

7. Basic knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud

8. Complete SFDC Data Model understanding and Master Data Concepts, backups, archiving, Data Skews

9. High volume data handling in Salesforce and integrating that data to 3rd party external systems

10. Integration challenges and resolving those challenges

11. Candidate should have good internet connectivity and readiness of Salesforce org to demo skills.

12. Extensive experience Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform.

13. Expert in designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions, and collaborating with clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, and integrate Salesforce to different Web Services such as Amazon EC2, Google Drive, Xero Accounting and Custom API’s. Agentforce and AI related hands on experience

14. Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, Apex Classes/Triggers/Collections, Batch Apex, Scheduling Apex, Dynamic Apex, Visualforce Components, Wrapper Classes, Test Classes, Email Services, Custom Components, Web Services, Salesforce standard features, Metadata, API and Force.com sites.

15. Wellversed with different deployment methods like Inbound/Outbound Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse deployment, Force.com IDE, managed/unmanaged packages, MVC architecture, API programming with Java, Data Loader tool & CLI interface.

16. A creative and analytical thinker with strong organizational & time management skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
