Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.
• Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and Salesforce release management.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor teams.
• Design secure Salesforce applications using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance best practices.
• Lead CI/CD implementation using Copado or similar DevOps tools and manage deployment strategies.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability within governor limits.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
