Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce including Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud
• Implementation experience in Retail / Consumer Goods domain
• Hands-on integration experience, especially JSON and cross-module integration
• Salesforce administration and configuration experience mapped to business requirements
• Comfort with Agile user stories, features and story points; strong SQL and RDBMS knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Job description

Title: Salesforce Lead

Experience : 10+ years of which atleast 5 years are in Salesforce with Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud

Job Description:

• Implementation experience in Retail / Consumer Goods Domain
• Hand-on experience on Integration, specially good Knowledge in JSON and how integration works across the modules.
• Good experience in Salesforce administration and configuration and mapping features to the business requirements.
• Should be comfortable working in Agile user stories, features, story points Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive industry experience, helping solve our complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Deliver rapid, value-driven solutions for complex business problems and leverage native functionality to deliver quickly with minimal customization.
• You’ll be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development through to deployment and post-production support.

Qualifications:

Engineering Graduate/MBA/MCA or equivalent ; Salesforce Certifications are Mandatory

Mandatory Skills - Salesforce DevOps

Must have hands‑on experience of Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud with atleast 1 project implementations in each of these clouds end to end.

Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, and familiar with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others), REST & SOAP APIs, Governor limits, GIT repositories, SSO, OAuth 2.0 integrations.

Should have experience of standard Salesforce OOB and customization experience, unit testing, peer revises, best coding practices

Must have knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and should be well updated with recent feature released.

Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications / experience are must to have
