Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to mentor a team of developers and architect scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will guide design, oversee end-to-end development, and ensure security, integration, and CI/CD practices. Strong leadership and communication are essential to translate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge.
• Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies
• Clouds : Sales, Service , Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II
