Job summary

Info Services in Hyderabad seeks a Salesforce QA professional to design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Service Cloud, including API, integration, and performance testing. You will work with Jira-based test case management, automate test scenarios, and validate Omnichannel, Knowledge, Live Agent, and CTI features.

The role requires hands-on testing across functional, regression, UAT and performance domains, with experience in Salesforce automation tools and Copado Robotic

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and automation tools.
• Strong ability to design and execute test plans for CRM platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of API testing and performance testing in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Salesforce Service Cloud test plans and cases.
• Manage test cases including Omnichannel, Knowledge, Live Agent and CTI.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT and performance testing.
• Conduct API testing and validate integrations with external systems.
• Automate test cases using Salesforce-specific automation tools.
