Job summary

LTM Limited in India seeks an experienced Salesforce QA Automation engineer to own functional testing for Salesforce Sales Service Cloud. You will validate Lead to Opportunity and Case to Resolution flows and test Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes CPQ, Forecasts and Reports.

Develop Playwright automation using JavaScript/TypeScript with a Page Object Model, automate Salesforce LWC-based UIs and APIs, and integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines using Git.

Qualifications

• Must have automation experience with Salesforce QA Automation.
• Experience with SFMC, CPQ, FSC is a plus.
• Develop Playwright automation using JavaScript/TypeScript with POM.
• Automate Salesforce LWC-based UIs and APIs.
• Integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines; use Git.

Responsibilities

• Own functional testing for Salesforce Sales Service Cloud.
• Validate Lead to Opportunity and Case to Resolution flows.
• Test Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, CPQ, Forecasts and Reports.
• Direct test teams on/offshore; drive QA across projects.
• Facilitate UAT and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
